Add/Set Up an Affiliate
- Log into the store admin site. (store.company.com/admin)
- Click Promotions / Affiliates.
- Click Add New.
- Enter all Affiliate information.
- Click Save and Continue Edit.
- Click the Affiliate Extra Info tab.
- Fill out all the Affiliate Extra Info fields that apply.
Store = gives access to a particular store.
Affiliate Status = choose In Progress, Approved, Declined or Cancelled.
Affiliate Type = description of Affiliate business, i.e. Business, School, Church.
Affiliate Size = approximate number of employees/members.
Employee Count = number of employees/members.
Representative = choose Sales representative handling the Affiliate customer.
Affiliate Code = a unique code assigned to the Affiliate group.
Title = job title of the Affiliate contact.
Web Site = list Affiliate website.
Is Tax Exempt = False (unless they are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization).
Federal Tax ID = Enter organization ID from Tax Exempt certificate, if applicable.
- Click Save.
