Reschedule a Reservation
- Log into the store admin site. (store.company.com/admin)
- Click Sales / Orders.
- Enter Order Number. Click Go.
- Click the Products tab.
- Click Add Product.
- Enter Product Name. Click Search.
- Click on the interested Product.
- Choose new Reservation Date from the dropdown menu. Fill in all required Contact Information. Check the Cabana Refund Policy "I Agree" box. Click Add Product.
- Click the Products tab.
- Click Delete on the original reservation Product.
- Click OK.
You have now successfully rescheduled the reservation.
